SO MANY THINGS TO BE THANKFUL FOR We are learning over time that Flamingo's and RV's just seem to 'go together'.  So imagine our elation and surprise when we opened the most thoughtful gift from mom....a string of Flamingo lights - just what we've always wanted.  Understanding that space is very limited, we are so thankful for the forethought and consideration that mom put into our gift.  We can neatly pack our string of lights away safe and sound instead of strapping a big pink Flamingo to the back of our rig. FAMILY TIME IN CLARKSTON

HAPPY FOR SO MANY REASONS Our journey affords us the opportunity to make new friends, experience wild adventures, and see this crazy beautiful country we live in, but the closer we get to our family in Spokane the more excited we get. We stayed in Clarkston for 2 1/2 short weeks and it welcomed us with a sunny sky's and 105 degree temperatures.  What more could a sun lover ask for? A TRIBUTE TO MY GRAM

On May 28, 2016 at 96 years young, my gram passed away in Moses Lake surrounded by family.  She was a woman who poured her heart into her entire family and welcomed anyone who walked through her back door or spent afternoons under her carport. In these last four weeks since her passing I've been thinking a lot about friends and family. Often times we get to pick our friends, but seldom do we get to pick our family.  If I did have the choice; I'd still pick each and every one of you.  We've had our squabbles, our differences of opinion and we each lead a very busy life.…
